Description

This module is mostly needed by pjmedia, since some parts of pjmedia (e.g: RTCP, RTCP-XR, jbuf) do statistics calculations, it would be neater and easier to manage if statistics calculation is managed separately in specific module.

And for future use, this could be a plate for mathematics implementations.
