Test Vectors

Immediate Redirection

1. Normal call without redirection
2. 3xx with single Contact header
   1. Successful scenario
   2. Failed scenario
3. 3xx with multiple contacts (A, B, and C)
   1. A success
   2. A fail, B fail, C success
   3. A fail, B success

Pending Redirection

1. 3xx with multiple pending targets (A and B):
   1. User accepts target
   2. User rejects target
