Audio Problem: Loud Static Noise

Checklists:

1. Check that audio device is functioning properly and noise is not heard when looping microphone to the speaker
2. Check that codec is negotiated properly by both parties.
3. There is a known problem with upsampling, causing noise to be introduced when upsampling the media.
