Audio Problem: Soft/Quiet? Noise

Checklists:

1. Check whether you have this noise when looping the microphone to the speaker locally. If yes, then the noise is probably introduced by your sound device (it's quite common with onboard sound adapters).
2. Check that you're using the latest SVN version of the libraries. We fixed soft/quiet noise problem with PCMA codec on revision r838 which fixed ticket #26.
