PJSIP Contributor Agreement

For a contribution to be included in the pjsip codebase, the contributor needs to sign and scan/fax/send the Contributor Agreement.

We have modeled our agreement after the ​Sun Contributor Agreement. Therefore much of the rationale, and frequently asked questions on the link mentioned above also applies.
