    1 Similarly the "detail*" in pjmedia_format is bad for the same reason. 
     1- fmt* is bad for pjmedia_vid_dev_get_info(), because user then may modify modify the pointer. 
     2- Change pjmedia_vid_cb and pjmedia_vid_param to pjmedia_vid_dev_cb and pjmedia_vid_dev_param for consistency
